Who you’re buying from

All purchases on this site are made from Ova Dressed Pty Ltd, a company registered in New South Wales, Australia, trading as The Process Studio. These terms form the agreement between you and Ova Dressed Pty Ltd for anything you buy from this site.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under consumer-protection law:

• If you buy from Australia, you have consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
• If you buy from the UK, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• If you buy from the EU, you have rights under EU consumer directives, including the Consumer Rights Directive.

These statutory rights apply on top of anything set out below.

Live show tickets

Tickets are sold at the price shown, in the currency of the show’s city (AUD for Australian dates, GBP for London). Once your payment is confirmed, we email you a PDF ticket with a unique reference and QR code. Present this at the venue for entry. Each ticket admits one person unless otherwise stated.

• Non-transferable to third parties for resale at a marked-up price. Gifting to a named friend is fine — email us if you need the holder name updated.
• Late arrivals may be admitted at the venue’s discretion.
• Right of admission is reserved by the venue and the artist.

If a show is cancelled or rescheduled

If a show is cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. If a show is rescheduled to a new date, we will offer you a choice of:

• Keeping your ticket for the new date, or
• A full refund of the ticket price, or
• A swap to a vinyl record where offered, with any price difference refunded.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of your request.

General ticket refunds

Because tickets are for a specific dated event, they are not refundable for change of mind. This is consistent with the exceptions to statutory cooling-off periods under Australian and EU consumer law for date-specific event tickets. If you can no longer attend, we can update the holder name to a friend at your request — email us at info@theprocess.studio.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the show is cancelled, materially changed, or fails to meet consumer guarantees.

Vinyl records

Vinyl records are pressed to order in limited runs. Estimated delivery is disclosed at checkout (typically the first pressing lands in 2026). Shipping is calculated by destination country and shown before payment. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

• Faulty or damaged records: contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund it in full — this preserves your statutory consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law, UK Consumer Rights Act, and EU consumer directives.
• Change of mind: vinyl orders are non-refundable once placed. Because each record is pressed to order in a limited run, we cannot resell or reallocate a cancelled order. Please make sure you’re ready to commit before purchase.
• Wrong address: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to re-ship (re-shipping fees may apply).

Digital releases (WAV / audio downloads)

Digital audio purchased through this site is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Ownership of the underlying rights remains with the artist and their labels. You may not redistribute, re-sell, or publicly perform the recordings without written permission.

As digital downloads are supplied immediately on purchase and begin performing at the moment of download, you consent to performance and expressly acknowledge that your statutory cooling-off period (where applicable) ceases at that point. This does not affect your rights if the file is faulty or corrupted — contact us for a replacement or refund.

Comp tickets

Complimentary tickets and links are non-transferable and are redeemable only by the intended recipient. If a comp claim exceeds the allowance on its token, we may decline or partially fulfil the claim. Comp tickets carry the same entry conditions as paid tickets.

Payments and currency

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in the currency of the item’s home region (AUD for Australian shows and Australian shipping; GBP for London; USD for international vinyl where offered). Your card issuer may apply a foreign-currency conversion fee — this is outside our control.

Intellectual property

All music, lyrics, images, video, and site copy are the property of George Maple, Ova Dressed Pty Ltd, Utopian Ideas Pty Ltd, and/or their respective licensors. You may share small excerpts for personal, non-commercial use — commercial use, re-publication, or synchronisation requires written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Buyers outside Australia retain all statutory consumer rights available in their country of residence (including, where applicable, the UK Consumer Rights Act and EU consumer directives). This clause does not override those rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here at least 14 days before taking effect. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
